At eskiin, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that products are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
